By accessing this website and utilizing the corporate advisory, company registration, and licensing services of Rafia Jannat & Associates, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our website and services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our consultancy services.

Rafia Jannat & Associates provides specialized professional consulting and assistance for limited company formation, partnership registration, trade licensing, VAT & TAX filings, trademark protection, and company auditing in Bangladesh. All advisory services are rendered in good faith based on prevailing government rules, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.

Clients are solely responsible for providing authentic, complete, and accurate documentation, signatures, and credentials necessary to execute the service requests. Any delay, rejection, or legal failure due to forged, incomplete, misleading, or delayed documents remains the client's sole responsibility, and RJA shall not be held liable for any such shortcomings.

Consultancy fees are communicated upfront before project initiation. Unless explicitly specified otherwise in writing, official government fees, stamp duties, and regulatory deposits are separate from RJA's professional service fees. Service execution begins only after the agreed advance payment is cleared, and all payments made are non-refundable once administrative work begins.

Any processing timelines provided by RJA are estimates based on standard regulatory durations. Government departments (such as RJSC, NBR, BIDA, and City Corporations) operate under their own administrative schedules. RJA cannot be held liable for administrative delays, portal outages, signature mismatches, or sudden policy changes within government offices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rafia Jannat & Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or data, arising out of the use or inability to use our advisory services, or from regulatory decisions made by government authorities regarding your entity registration.

RJA agrees to treat all client documents and corporate information as strictly confidential. Similarly, all templates, guidance materials, and structure blueprints provided by RJA are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be shared, duplicated, or redistributed by the client without prior written approval from our management.

Either party may terminate the service agreement if the other party breaches material terms and fails to cure such breach within 15 days of notice. RJA reserves the right to suspend or cancel services immediately if payment terms are violated, if misleading documentation is presented, or if the client acts in violation of Bangladesh laws.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes, claims, or arbitration arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
